As a user I can view a list of my notes so that I can get an overview of all the notes I have written.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] When I click on the 'notes' link in the navigation, then I am taken to the notes page
[ ] Then I am able to view all my notes in a list which display the title and date created
[ ] Then I am able to view all notes in chronological order of when they were created
