As a user I can edit a note so that I can fix any mistakes or add more to my note.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] When I click to view a note, then i am given the option to edit the note
[ ] When I click 'edit note', then I am able to edit or add to the note
[ ] When I click 'save', then I am notified that the change was successful
[ ] Then I am able to see the updated information on the note detail page
[ ] If there is an error, then I am notified that there was an issue editing my note
