As a user I can follow other users so that I can connect with people from work/school/etc or be motivated by other people by seeing how many tasks they have completed.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] When I am signed in, then I have the option to search for other users
[ ] When I view a user's profile, then I have the option to follow them
[ ] When I have followed a user, then I am able to see their profile and how many tasks they have completed

I won't be introducing followers into this app. This particular feature falls more into a habit tracker app rather than a simple productivity app.
