[BUG] Network Error Happened #224

Describe the bug

Connection to computer ok When select desktop : Unstable connection in upper right And after error : Network error hapenned Nothing on the screen (black) Only fail on LG moonlight client , work on other Moonlight app on other devices.

Test with another moonlight client from an android phone on the same sunshine host: OK.

How do you connect the TV and the computer?

Hi, For TV and computer Ethernet with a switch in the middle. Ping is ok between them , and host adding went well. On computer the PC host sunshine detects the connection. But that's all black screen and the network error.

For phone and computer (working), phone connected on wifi on my router and after switch and computer by ethernet.

Sunshine version: 0.19.1.d70d084f9fbb4e0150977a89d94937418a3ccf9c

Thanks for the info. There are a few options or configurations to change, to see if that's the root cause.

In 720p 1080p : i have a image but the image is stuck. Above : nothing and network error happened.

Seems an issue with NDL. Working on 720p /1080p but image stuck. Working when switching to SMP in 4K 60 fps.

But not good for me as i need audio... :(

So only 4K with SMP works?

720p 1080p 1440p 2160p
NDL - - - -
SMP - - - OK

What do you mean by "stuck", is it a completely freezing frame, or lagging?

Two case : TV behind the same switch of the computer : Working at 720p. Upper : Unstable connection and network error happened. But it's a 1gbps switch, so I don't understand why it doesn't work. Could it be a multicast problem, or that even though it's on the same switch, the packets are going up to the router and coming back, which reduces the bandwidth?

Then the problem in NDL is with wifi TV. But in this case it's a duplicate of the following bug: https://github.com/mariotaku/moonlight-tv/issues/183

The same error happened after i used 1gb usb ethernet adapter Black screen and unstable connection to the upper right Works like a charm using my lg ethernet, but its only 100mb ethernet

Tv and other apps works great on the new 1gb adapter

I have 1gb connection too and have lags with unstable connection as well :(
