Current BC libraries in use are v. # 1.38.
New version available: v. # 1.46.

Just done a checkout.
Opened up KeyTool IUI's Maven project
BouncyCastle's libraries mentionned in "Libraries" :
. bctsp: 1.46,
. bcprov: 1.46,
. bcmail: 1.43.

... for bcmail, is this just an error, or is there a reason why the version 
mentionned is v. #1.43 instead of v. #1.46?

Assuming it's bcmail 1.46. It works for me with that version.
