This works nicely - and that you can prompt to do so or not - cool!

When I go to folder manager, I see all drives with a green check (Scan once), 
vs. the red x (remove from Picasa) which is what I was doing with the 
initialize database.  So how are you doing that?  The scan once on all drives, 
yet not actually doing any scanning?

The drives getting a "Scan once" check is rather an inconvenience... It isn't 
on purpose. I just does that when you just put one database file there...
