Expanded FDA/FDS to DICOM to also output the fundus as a DICOM
Added E2E to DICOM, which creates oct and fundus DICOMs for all volumes/images present in the file
Added a basic IMG to DICOM, with an attempt to utilize the filename for additional information
Added a basic POCT to DICOM
Added a basic BOCT to DICOM
Updated create_dicom_from_oct() to better handle all the different filetypes, including trying to discriminate between Bioptigen .OCT and Optovue .OCT
Created individual create_dicom_from_<filetype>() functions to be called by create_dicom_from_oct() to better account for differences in filetypes.
Left a comment in the E2E reader regarding birthdate, which still doesn't seem to be quite right. Added julian_to_ymd() to assist with the uocte birthdate method, unsure if it's useful to keep in for now or just rm?
So far, this works on all of my available test files (IMG files with interlaced=True for the ones I have). I look forward to your feedback and making it the best it can be!
