Fix typo
Use U+2019 instead of U+0027 for apostrophe, it looks so much better
Use U+2018 and U+2019 instead of U+0027 for single-quotes
Use U+201C and U+2018 for double-quotes

BTW, I used “real” quotation marks — but should we just be using <q>, and let the CSS decide how it should look based on language?

1) Oh dear. I did not realize this 2nd pull request would include both commits. I hope either the first one has not been pulled yet, I can figure out how to remove it, or git does the right thing if both get pulled in.

2) I have provided a brief annotation for my own work, which I think is tacky. I am hoping someone else will at least modify it and claim it for his or her own, or delete mine entirely and write a new one.

Hey Syd,

These all look like non-controversial changes so I'm just going to merge them in. I'm also going to do that to assuage my guilt for having overlooked them for gulp a couple of weeks.
