What exactly will the change do? On Ubuntu and on the distributions Travis is using the current version works fine.

What exactly will the change do? On Ubuntu and on the distributions Travis is using the current version works fine.

Without this change, you won't be able to build in QMake version 3.1 I don't know which version of qmake is in Ubuntu, but I think It'll work for previous versions also. You can double-check it easily from travis or your machine. But for the version >= 3.1, your build-linux.sh will fail.
