qsynth integration #86

would be ideal to have some kinda qsynth startup options or to integrate qsynth right into the midi editor.

https://github.com/netpipe/Qt-SSL-Server-Client we might be able to use this to send messages back and forth too for multiple users to work on sessions or perhaps some kinda http or ftp server with push changes support.
