Thank you for a fantastic piece of software! I was excited to see the PDF reporting capability, but wonder if it is possible to have a computer-level report option. That is, a PDF certificate for a PC and all the drives within it, rather than 1 report per drive. This would show that a system as a whole is ready for resale, donation, or recycling.
Ideally for me it would include at least the following system info that already exists in the nwipe log:
system-manufacturer (for example LENOVO)
system-product-name (20L6S69X08, the model number)
system-version (ThinkPad T480)
chassis-type (Notebook)
system-serial-number (AA99B999)
chassis-asset-tag (000123456)
processor-version (Intel Core i5-8350U CPU @ 1.70GHz)
After this header information it could provide total number of disks detected, and then a Disk Information and Disk Erasure Details subsection for each drive within the chassis.
For me this type of report would be a great option to have in addition to the existing certificate-per-drive report.
Sounds like a good idea to me. Yes, I think there should be this format of PDF as a selectable option in addition to the one drive per PDF certificate.
