More overlays cause they're useful.

Like ConduitRange & BeaconRange #224 already exists for anyone who thinks of lightning rods. Additional ideas: Spawner [Activation/spawn range], Bell range [Pillager detection], Note block & jukebox [Allay sound range]

[Also, can the range overlays be applied to moving entities? thought about pufferfish detection & allay range while making this]
