What steps will reproduce the problem?
According to the specification:
"All key leafs in a list MUST have the same value for their "config" as the
list itself."

In the attached example I use leafs with different "config" values in the
key and it is still correct.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
pyang 0.9.3
