no problems downloading the file, but when using it, it doesnt work #18

I'm getting the:

Run-time error '339':
Component "MSCOMCTL.OCX" or one of its dependencies not correctly
registered: a file is missing or invalid.

I am using windows 7 and always had used windows 7 x32 bit. Anytime I went back 
to download the L517 program, it worked like a charm but expect a 1TB hard 
drive laying around. 
Today is 3/6/2014, and the program was downloaded from 
:https://code.google.com/p/l517 and it doesn't work but what it states above 
and shutdown.
