Gap analysis fails where the feature doesnt occur in the country #214

This is because in the gap_analysis SQL function we get the % protected by dividing the area protected by the area of the feature within the country (which is zero). The zero error stops the function.

Closed with an update to the gap_analysis.sql function - updated on beta test and training

Need to re-create the windows installer and run the sql update on the azure machine
