A few notes after checking out the code:

• Your attention to UI/UX was impressive, chose a proper theme and made it twitter branded.
• Good job formatting the relative time stamp (and correctly externalizing the logic to a Util class)
• Good job getting the Network check working (and correctly externalizing the logic to a Util class)
• Great job implementing the compose tweet feature as a dialog
• Great job embedding media image in tweet object
• Good job getting reply action working from the tweet timeline activity
• Consider using the ProgressBar indicating network requests
• Good job using using Parcelable over Serializable (benefits) for model objects
• Consider adding null checks in JSON parsing for robust error handling
