MediaPortal client admin is not available in a 'Dedicated TV Server installation' #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install iPiMP using the 'Dedicated TV Server Installation'
2. Login as admin and navigate to Administration

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: See the MediaPortal Clients admin item.
Actual: Nada

Workaround is to manually set USEMPCLIENT to true in web.config.
