Wrong in playing live TV #32

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.Sometimes I cannot stop the streaming pictures when I press stop. Errorcode: 
Streaming not stopped.
2.Sometimes the same stream is played over and over
3.Workes seldom more then 15 minutes before I get the "!Fubar!-message"

I miss a function for resetting apache/tv-server to stop the TV-card and make 
Apache fresh again.

System:
XP SP3, MP RC4
