Enqueue song always inserts at end of playlist even if mediaportal setting is to insert as next song

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.enqueue a song with a playlist active
2.song will enqueue at the end of the playlist
3.even if the mediaportal setting (music section) is selected to enqueue music 
as NEXT TRACK instead of end of list. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect the IPIMP enqueue to operate just like the mediaportal GUI 
enqueue and follow the behavior defined in the music configuration tab

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XP MP R1.1
