"New Version" in TVServer installation #36

Hi Martin!

I was trying to install the new version of iPiMP (the one that you have 
uploaded 22 hours ago) for testing purpose in a "only" TVServer installation 
and I realized that I don't know how to install a mpei with this type of 
installation.

How can this be done? In a TVServer installation the MPEIinstaller doesn't 
exit...
