Installation Error on Win7 X64 #48

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just install the iPIMP 5.1.0.755 install file.
2. During the setup, there comes an error message telling the apache service 
can not be started for some reason (reason -8).
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-See screenshot

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
-As mentioned above, Win7x64 iPIMP 5.1.0.755

Please provide any additional information below.

It seems that after restart of all devices, everything works fine! :)
