MPClientController thread doesn't shutdown #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Close MediaPortal
2. Check what ports are still open
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The plugin should shutdown and close port 55667 but it's not.  This stops
the plugin from starting correctly next time.

I didn't uninstall a previous test version :-s
