Drag&drop editor tab #506

When you split editor and try to drag&drop one of open files onto empty space, 
it wont open. It works if there is already editor (say, blank new file), but 
not if there is an empty space.

Just a little UI tip.

You need to drop the tab onto the tab bar at the bottom of the empty space.  It 
works here fine.
