503 Service Unavailable The server is temporarily busy, try again later! #33

Hi When I click 'Download Zip' a tab opens, does nothing then:

503 Service Unavailable The server is temporarily busy, try again later!

I'm on WordPress 5.2.6 - is that the issue?

I doubt WordPress version is the issue here. It's probably related to your hosting provider, they might not support the way in which the plugin creates the export. Any idea how big is the media library?

Hi It's not huge, just a small ecomm site with about 50 products. Any idea what I could try?

Probably look into a different plugin. I'm working on using different logic to export the media library, but I'm not sure when that will be done.
