DEV: leave testimonials: can't leave photo #337

when I click on "choose an image" the button goes white and nothing happens

Hi @kaatvds & @BradHN1 , so I am testing this ticket now, and it looks like its one of the bugs that came up because we werent fully switched to Sam's new system and my new components yet. I have been playing with the StoryForm image chooser, and all is well on my side. Can I get a scenario of exactly what you did to get the error? Cos all is working over here. In the mean time, I will move this to back log 🥂

@frimpong I’ve already worked on testimonials and tested that works. I thought I had moved it to Deployed in Dev, where it should be.

I filled in form and added a photo. Clicked submit. took a split second to react, then said "we are sending now" where it got stuck in loop image

I am pretty sure that isn't an infinite loop 🤣 🤣 . That notice is meant to be there, until your testimonial goes through, then you will get another one notifying you that all is well, or a red one, telling you something went wrong. I guess you testimonial took longer to go through and made you think the notice was stuck because you probably selected a large image. The form works, I tested again now.

When there aren't any more pressing bugs to fix, I will make a component that forces users to crop and resize images before they are even able to submit. This way, uploads will be faster, and the experience will be smoother.

Hi Frimpong, it circled for over 10 minutes, and then I closed the tab. I also don't see the testimonial in my list as a Sadmin. Kaat
