[BUG] Email Issues #2535

Describe the bug The problem I am facing is that the Emails I use seem to get locked out. Emails used are: Crusadra@hotmail.com and Crusadra@gmail.com. Both of these have been locked out with " ERROR: Unable to change password: Username/client id combination not found. " The emails in question do receive the codes required for the password reset but are constantly stopped by said error.

To Reproduce

  1. Access the COMP/CON website.
  2. Click "Log On."
  3. Attempt to log in.
  4. Cannot log in, "ERROR: Incorrect Username Not authorized Exception."
  5. Attempt to reset the password.
  6. Cannot reset, "ERROR: Unable to change password: Username/client id combination not found."
  7. Rinse and repeat with the other email.

Expected behavior I expected to simply be able to log into my account and access the characters available there. When rebuffed, desired to reset my password and was denied. I did make another account with the other email only to end up with this issue.

Additional Information Admittedly guys, I just want my account(s) unlocked so I can return to playing the games that I have been with my group. Possibly even advise to avoid this situation soon should you all be able to do so.

My recommendation is to try the email both capitalized and decapitalized? Legacy accounts may have allowed capitalized email addresses
