A page or pages showing CMOS rates at all levels of detail: detector-wide, for a particular crate (showing actual numbers), and plots for individual channels.
A single-page design could show a small detector where crates show only good/bad status. Clicking a crate brings up a large crate view with numbers, where screamers are identified by color. Clicking a channel brings up a plot of that channel's rates.
This page will need UI controls for the "screamer" rate threshold and also the number of screamers in a crate which is considered bad. Also, it should pull in a database of known screamers and mask those channels out of UI alerts.
