Alt-Tab popup window height should remain static regardless of selected window title
Actual behaviour
Alt-Tab popup window increases in height by about one px to the top and to the bottom when window title selection contains CJK characters
Steps to reproduce the behaviour
Open a few applications. Have one of their window titles contain CJK characters. Alt-Tab through them, notice alt-tab pop-up window increases in height when selected window title contains CJK. Occurs whether compositor is on or off.
