when a window is maximized; I'd not expect the window to be part-drawn underneath the panel
Actual behaviour
when a terminal/firefox (occurs all windows) is maximized; the top title bar of the window gets drawn underneath the panel is is thus difficult to use. Yes I can unmaximize using the bottom panel and if I'm very careful with mouse; drag it away from top.
this is with default settings; but it occurs when themes are changed too. HOWEVER it only occurs with certain screen orientations. I could not create this issue with only a single screen, or a conventional left-right display setup
I experienced this issue on
hp dc7700 (c2d-e6320, 5gb, nvidia quadro nvs 290)
hp 8200 elite sff (i5-2400, 8gb, nvidia quadro 600)
Both boxes share the same monitors; so like screen setup

Steps to reproduce the behaviour
If it doesn't occur; adjust the TOP/BOTTOM displays to be reverse of what you've got.
