Feature Request: Add close and help button #237

Expected behaviour

In most MATE configuration apps there are a close and a help button on the bottom of the window. Should also be there for the system monitor.

Actual behaviour

No close and no help buttons available

The applications that have a status bar at the bottom usually don't have the help or close buttons.

I would suggest to remove the status bar in this application as it does not provide any useful information (only another expression of the menu labels).
