commands not working, im unsure if u can not use commands while computer is offline im new but help please and .help does nothing either #617

you cant run commands while the computer is not running. Honestly the amount of people who come over here thinking that they can rat their own friends while having almost near 0 knowledge about computers, NTTS really did make this popular.
