Update information #12

I suggest just some information:

License should be 2017-2019 because this repository was published in 2017 and it is 2019 now.
Point license link to the LICENSE.md file instead of the absolute uri "http://opensource.org/licenses/MIT". I think any others should know the creator name.
Correct the sentence "Laravel Mix Pug is an open-sourced software" - Missing "an".

Anyway, This package really makes my work easier. Thank you for creating a great package.
