• Tasks:

  • Identify datasets available for tourism, housing sales, and rental offers (from reliable sources).
  • Ensure data relevance to time and location (Medellín, Colombia).
  • Assess data quality and completeness.

• Status: Under review

• Status: Closed -Relevant and reliable data sets belonging to a government entity (the local mayor's office) "Mayor's Office of Medellín" were selected
  • Data is selected for a time window of 2011-2021, with relevant content in order to answer the main question.
  • Data quality and completeness is ensured. There were corrected multiple errors mainly from the sales and rents offers datasets.
