[x] Make a shadow less white url bar coupled with white action bar for a chrome custom tab type look.
[x] Fix new tab button with circular properly sized one.
[ ] Replace blue accents with green, in Dev and beta too.
However, this look disappears on websites which color chrome differently unlike our chrome dev and beta themes but removes the new tab page dark text on dark bug,
