Using `e_above_hull` values that correspond to the Matbench folds and formation energy values #124

Working on something with @ancarnevali and realized I probably should have asked this sooner. Curious if you have any thoughts on getting e_above_hull values for the Matbench folds. For example, just download a recent snapshot from Materials Project, and cross-reference/concatenate based on MPIDs?
