Documenting which algorithms/repos have installation problems

... installation seems to be a big issue in the field. We should perhaps at least document the algorithms we tried but couldn't install - e.g., by listing them on the matbench web site or having explicit Github issues on the repos that documents the installation attempt process. That will also be helpful to other people trying to just install these codes
