Question: large payloads for BodyBuffers #31

Hi @mathetake

Hopefully it's okay I ask a question here. I was thinking about the implementation of the RequestBodyBuffer and ResponseBodyBuffer.

This implementation seems that there would be an equivalent of a [][]byte that holds the []byte of each chunk as it comes in. Is that correct?

If that's the case, how would really large transfers be dealt with? Eg. a huge binary file like an .iso.
