No Warning when pdflatex not installed under Ubuntu.

It doesn't give any warning on Windows either.

Hello

Thanks for using the extension.

The extension was never intended to give feedback on if latex was installed or not. this is noted down a a feature for a future update.

I would say it is a bug because when I ran the command, it does not do anything -- it should at least throw an error.
