I need more information. I created a template that should be used when creating a bug.
It is important to enter as much data as possible. And not mix various issues into one.
I will close this and you can reopen the 500 issue with all required data, most notably the log.
"Already in the database" is not a quote. Please quote the whole message. I can only presume that this means you have one writer with different data in the same file.
