Add Charthage documentation to the readme #237

When I check the readme file only CocoaPods is mentionned

Hi @TofPlay, yes @elitalon added Carthage support quite a while ago. I updated the title of this issue, so that we are searching for a documentation in the Readme.

I am accepting pull requests for this task.
