Track current selected Language #16

It would be valuable to know which language is currently used by a user.

I had it initially in a custom var but actually don't find it that useful. It will be similar to the location/country statistics that we have from piwik.org, Piwik Mobile app. What would you change based on that information or what do you specifically want to find out?
