Send is_direct with the thirdPartyRoomData #52

This requires matrix-hacks/matrix-puppet-bridge#52 to actually have any user-visible impact, however it shouldn't break anything if they don't get merged in at the same time.

This is intended to solve #4

I'll be merging, and bumping the required matrix-puppet-bridge version, as soon as https://github.com/matrix-hacks/matrix-puppet-bridge/pull/52 is merged.

This still needs testing, but your matrix-puppet-bridge work was merged, so let's merge first and ask questions later!
