Update dependencies, including matrix-rust-sdk to 5957d9603bd8a3f00ddd9a52bda80224c853bcd1 to get https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-rust-sdk/pull/3095 which speeds up the schema upgrade v8->v10 again. See https://github.com/element-hq/element-web/issues/26948
