[Bug]: streaming: cancel connector succeed,but dynamic table do not stop synchronize data #13422

Steps to Reproduce

show connectors；
找到要终止的taskid
cancel daemon task 2;
show connectors；查看状态为cancel时，验证dynamic table是否终止同步
select count(*) from dt666;
