taxtastic-0.4.0 installation error #285

When running python setup.py it complains that the distribute_setup module could not be found. Downloading distribute_setup.py from another site into the top level source directory resolves this problem.

Sorry, is this an error with pplacer or taxtastic? taxtastic issues should go on the taxtastic project, at https://github.com/fhcrc/taxtastic
