How about bundling the HTML docs with future releases, as well? Would also be easy.

This isn't quite as straightforward as I had thought, but it can be done with a little work.

We will want to add something to the Arg.help case that puts together a URL and prints it. If all of the usage strings are perfectly formatted, then the name could get pulled out of that.
