missing data in commitment runs #2

In an email:

Looking through the data, I found that the runs contain a lot of missing data and that the years for which the data is missing also varies between runs.

For example: cesm-commitment.1pt5degC_OS.TREFHT.006.csv has temperatures only for 2030-2039, cesm-commitment.1pt5degC_OS.TREFHT.001.csv has temperatures for 2006-2100, cesm-commitment.1pt5degC_OS.TREFHT.004.csv has temperatures only for 2010-2019, and cesm-commitment.1pt5degC_OS.TREFHT.011.csv has temperatures only for 2090-2099.

@mgrover1, can you take a look at notebooks/commitment-runs-temperature.ipynb to see what might be going wrong?
