issue

repeat of gyms not listed properly in web gui

cause

this time we're migrating our +10 databases from old -> new stack. apparently this is a needy feature bc a lot up upstream stuff must fall in line for it to work properly. taking the chance to optimize, robustify, and simplify the new system.

a lot of geo names won't work, as shown below, but system still highly functional.

likely also causing issue where alerts can't be added for pokestops, but gyms can. by @dean
