Patreon is updating their Discord connections and docs.

Need to update and follow suit.

Fixed issue where Patreon bot didn't have Kick members permission. This was recently added, and necessary to add Premium trial tier beta testing stuff.

Rewrote the Linking Patreon and Discord accounts section. The Patreon verion was garbage. Replaced a third of the steps with one link. This should make the sign up process easier, especially with the 14-day trial beta.

Also made the welcome note, which appears after signup and is also emailed, more urgent with action at top.
