provide a fucking node module #24

I really depend on this to be published as a node module. All my server code is crashing at require('fuckit') all the time, which makes my production deployment shaky.

This would enable us to browserify it for browser use.

Just ensure that your module doesn't depend on 'left-pad', we wouldn't want it to break anyone's projects ;)
